Folco Studio Apartment

The property is absolutely gorgeous and so quiet. The apartment was comfortable and well provisioned. Roberto was a wonderful host. The pool is clean and so refreshing, and you feel like you’re in the middle of a park.

It was all excellent.

Very comfortable bed and settee. Really good shower and bathroom generally. Swimming pool. Wonderfully quiet location. Apart from Roberto and Sandra living above, you are the only tenants. What you see in the images is all your apartment. You are close enough for all the amenities and sites (villa Romana and Morgantina), but so peaceful and cool. A lot of basic items provided, such as butter.

Masses of items for entertaining but could have used a good knife that cut bread or meat. Breakfast items provided, a pack of pasta and a basic sauce to get latecomers started would be a good touch.

The property is set in beautiful gardens in a gated area on the edge of town. The pool is lovely. The apartment itself is modern and functional. There is a supermarket across the road if you want to prepare simple meals. It would have been a bit cramped with three people if we’d stayed longer, but for a one night stopover to visit the Villa Romana it was perfect. Roberto the host was helpful and accommodating too.

The studio is very beautiful, very stylish decoration. The kitchen is excellent equipped. The garden of the house is really nice. The host was a giving us a warm welcome, and he did a lot of effort to provide me with glutenfree products for breakfast. Well appreciated by us!

The location was superb, beautiful garden and pool with views. But still close to piazza armerina centre.

Very wel kept and nicely furnished. Equipped with all the necessities. Host very friendly and helpful.

Roberto was very nice and welcoming. Straightforward check-in. The place was perfect for us traveling with a 2-year-old and a small dog. Practical and spacious. The fridge was always full for us to grab a snack in the morning and also after a full day, we would sit down and have tea with some biscuits or toasties. Well done!
