Lovely trampoline, tennis court, pool

Apartment was equipped with cheap finishes - blinds didn't close, no mirrors in bathroom etc. The pictures have lovely views but our unit did not have any view so check that before booking

We met the host when checking out and had a very disturbing experience. We stopped to thank the host for the place and she then mentioned in a very hostile manner that she’s disappointed as we left the place in a mess. We a family with 4 kids and in my opinion the place was not in a mess. I asked what was wrong and she pointed out that we left food on the table. It was 2 small bowls, 1 with some green salad and the other with some left over sweetcorn. Furthermore we packed most of our dishes in the dishwasher besides what we used for breakfast. We also left the floors clean as we remove our shoes when entering the house. She also mentioned that due to the water supply issue in the area we should have cleaned the place as she now has a situation as she has no water to clean up. I didn’t think that it was fair for her to make this our problem and felt like she was treating us like children, she even gave a hand gesture to indicate that we need to leave now. If it was in the conditions of the booking that we were expected to clean up then this would have been a valid response from her but it was not. I am a guide myself and will never treat my guests this way so that was very disappointing to witness. I will never use nor recommend this accommodation to anyone.

The place is so beautiful even more than the pictures. It’s so clean

The is no light on the braai area, it was so dark other than that everything was so perfect

Would of preferred a warm water pool . Mayb a light at the back where the braai stands are .

The self check-in was very smooth

Need to do something about the ant problem. Maybe provide some insecticide sprays. Also install air-conditioning. Shower curtains or glass on tub to avoid water spillage
