Quite big for a couple.

Flat into an old building from the '60, Not suitable for winter season. Almost cold due to simple window. Persistent bad smell into the stairs.

"Not really meeting our needs at all"

it was very clean

We arrived late due to bus cancellations, there was no coffee or milk in the apartment. shops were closed so we couldn’t get anything. All the chairs were upside down on the table, it wasn’t at all welcoming. Our passports were taken for checking on arriving but we were not asked for payment. The other three accommodations we stayed at in Italy all took payment directly from my account, so I assumed they would too. I was told I had left without paying, which I would never do, then it was a nightmare trying to transfer funds as we travelled 12 hours the day after we left . I tried to contact the owner but couldn’t, to tell them we needed to leave early because of train cancellations. I asked to be notified when the funds arrived but I still haven’t heard anything. I really would have liked an iron in the apartment.
