we couldn’t close or lock our bedroom door because the door frame was broken. The construction noise was loud.

The location is central. Walking distance to walmart and another grocery store close by and many restaurants. Love watching the skydivers that landed right in front of the condo. The view is very nice from the unit.

Our unit 10E could use some renovations. The shower in the first bedroom had mold and falling apart, the door jam to the first bedroom fell right out when we went to close the door almost hit my husband head, had to put it back in place and the stove only had 2 burners that worked and 2 patio doors didn’t work. Make sure you ask for a key for the beach when you check in, they will not tell you ,$500 pesos deposit. You can rent units at this condo from a rental company for a month a lot less then what we paid for 15 days! The pool area needs upgrade, new umbrellas and the hot tub was not working when we were there. The infinity pool is very nice looking over the beach and ocean and hanging out by walking or swimming the length but you can see the tiles are starting to come off.
