Very dark, balcony faced inside light well, bathroom sink made loud groaning noises when used.

Our stay at Departamento Zona Romantica was excellent! The apartment was clean and was in a perfect location. Walking distance to the beach. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. Very comfortable for a party of 4. Whenever we needed a taxi one was there in seconds. The rooftop pool, hot tub and cold tub was perfect. The rooftop was the most beautiful place to be for the sunsets. This was our first trip and we will be back and stay at this location.

The terrace and pool is the main selling point - fantastic (even better than the photos!) Super easy check in with friendly security Great location between playa de muertos and main attractions of zona romántica Host is friendly and well organised

"Heaven and Hell in the same place"

The apartment is fully furnished and in excellent location. Staff very friendly until the situation i Will explain below.

As a lawyer ; i know that in contract you change without previos advice. In the Booking contract and in the register papers It stipulate that check out hour is at 12 am but the administrator of the appear in a rough manner asking to vacate the apartment. I argue with him that we were on time for check out because and he reply that because is high season they change the check out to 11:30. Really without a previous notice ,i was in the apartment 5 days ; a simple notice in the door will fulfill the requirement. I was so angry that if my lawyer license was valid in México ,i Will sue the property at the moment.it spolied a great birthday weekend and the good imagen from all the good mexicans that i share this time. SO MY FELLOW US CiTiZeNS and of other Countries ; I dont recommend this AIRNB until correct this situation. And Booking .com feel free to contact me ; if want to investigate this situation. Feel sorry because this Airbnb could get an excellent, but the actitude of one that represent the owner could ruin your business

We loved that the property was so close to everything. It was a wonderful experience all you ever need within walking distance. Very comfortable everything worked well.
