Nice appartement with everything you need, big nice terrasse for young kids is a plus . Nice pool in the residence and beach ( with beach restaurant) .

The villa is spacious, well climatized, with electric blackout blinds that allow for comfortable sleep. Well equipped, better than most we have stayed at. The private area shared with only a handful of others is amazing, both pool and the beach are awesome. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Guadeloupe

We had hit some complexities when checking in and there is really bad cell coverage in Anse Rocher, however we have found a solution eventually and all got resolved with the help of the owner.

The check-in process was disorganised. 1 day before check-in we had not received any check-in instructions. When we messaged them we were told the property manager had called but they hadn't. She then called and said she would email us the info but she didn't. Finally we were told that we should call her when we got there and she would come to the security barrier to take us to our apartment. What she didn't tell us and which we found out when we got there is that there is no phone signal there so it was impossible to call her. We had to drive away from the apartment to get a phone signal, call her and then quickly drive back. There is no phone signal anywhere in the apartment so was very inconvenient if you wanted to call to make reservations. We stayed nearly 3 weeks and we weren't offered a change of bedding or change of towels. It is true we didn't ask but it would have been nice to have been offered The pool area was disappointing, a very weird vibe and a security guard going round checking you had a right to be there. Very weird. Just didn't have a feel good factor to it. No drinks allowed around the pool. Very weird. We only heard from the property manager the evening before our departure asking us to leave 1/2 hour before check-out time as she had guests arriving and needed to clean the apartment. I have never stayed in accommodation that they ask you to leave before check-out time so it is more convenient for them.

The space!! The veranda is amazing!! And the pool...stunning!

The host and the caretaker were very accommodating and when something was wrong, they were on it right away. The place was clean and the facilities were excellent. There was a very nice and warm welcome upon our arrival. Even though there was a language barrier (I only speak a little French, and the host spoke no English) we got by OK. She was committed to making sure she made our stay very comfortable.

There were some problems because of Hurricane Fiona, but, they were taken care of right away. The owner was gracious to refund us from some of our cost for the time it took to fix everything. I didn't know this was in a 'gated community' I felt a little separate from the local people but, it was a very safe place to stay.
