Clean room, WI-FI very good! No problem with the water in the period that we sayed. Confortable bed. TV worked well also had Netflix.

Washing machine was not working well. Pool closed. Parking close at 22:00. Beach was full of stones.

This was a beautiful apartment that reminded me of those beach vacation villages. The host gave us our keys and was always available via WhatsApp and responded quickly to our messages. The appartement had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was clean and comfortable. The location was lovely, it had a beautiful private beach , pool and seaside restaurant which served delicious food and cocktails. It was also a quick drive to downtown Saint Francois. All in all I highly recommend this place!

Kitchen was well equipped, good supply of towels, spacious shower, lots of hot water. We utilized the balcony for breakfast and dinner in the evening. A/C worked well. Parking wasn’t at the door but not an issue .

The surprises: Non potable water which was not mentioned in the information, Bookings should let you know that parts of Guadeloupe have water access issues even though the listing doesn’t mention this. The clothes washing machine failed part way through the only time we used it, we had to empty and hand wring our soaking clothes. Apparently a repair person was not available. We never did not catch the cockroach but we did kill the ants. The entrance instructions to the property came 15 minutes before our checkin time, somewhat confusing, especially with intermittent internet. As an aside it is a big concern that recycling is not employed on the resort grounds.

Modern, clean and quite well equipped. The private beach with lounges available make up the best part of the stay. Drinks and food available on the beach. Large pool if you need with toilets. Arrival with a keylock so anytime check in in the afternoon.

Huge complex with hundreds of blocks of flats which is generally not our kind of stay but the beach at 5 min makes up for it. At GF level, little privacy on the balcony
