The view and location

It was an admin mission to fill in a batch of forms and send ID copies etc, instead of the usual company credit card payment option with booking.com. The parking bays were way to tiny and narrow for our SUV car and Toyota Hilux double cab to fit into ....[ below legal size] There was no power on arrival in the pitch dark and the security guard, Sihle, was most unhelpful with both our trailer and Toyota Hilux parking options. He left us outside with our 2 cars and trailer for 10 min before opening the main entrance gate for us. He told us to park the vehicle in any offloading / delivery space, which we did, and we departed early at 7.30am the following morning. There were no other vehicles parked in this area. We then received a R500 fine for parking our Toyota hilux in a "delivery parking" ...??? I am definitely not accepting this at all !!!! - It's EXACTLY why we brought this vehicle with us for delivery and offloading at the Manor House - and it could not fit into any of the below legal size allocated parking bays!! The apartment was clean but very tiny and not even a small milk in the fridge nor any tea , coffee or sugar in the unit. Very disappointing experience overall.

I loved the beautiful view and the spaciousness of the rooms. The apartment was clean and there was ample cooking utensils which made self catering easy.
