El garaje, si bien angosto (bien para coche pequeño, quizás mediano), tiene ascensor que conecta al edificio, lo cual es súper práctico. El apartamento en general tiene todo para ser un 10

La falta de interés por mejorar la experiencia por parte del propietario, hay comentarios con problemas desde 2023 que siguen allí, las telarañas, la humedad, la falta de ciertos detalles como café o té, ni productos de higiene o calentar el piso antes de nuestra llegada. Y recibir un email con un descuento a cambio de no dar una opinión negativa y dar sugerencias por privado, me parece lamentable cuando es evidente que no hay interés en mejorar. Primero solucionar los problemas, que tienen un apartamento que podría ser un 10 de 10 con muy poco esfuerzo
