WynnStay Studio Apartments

Laura the manager was really easy to deal with. There was plenty of communication with a relaxed vibe. The location was great with some restaurants, pubs and a convenience store all very close. The room was clean and well maintained and was very quiet despite it being on a busy road across from the water. You could walk to the Southend Pier area but it was still far enough away from it so you weren't bothered by the crowds going there. It was a very pleasant stay,

Nothing really, just some very very minor things like two hooks to hang towels up instead of one!

That id met the owner of the property before.. it made the check in easier,, Laura helped me with my bags,, she made me feel welcome and cared for,, the room was a little apartment,, it comes with all the holiday things,, helpful of your going away,, it made it a bit more private,, the porch,, hallway of the property was beautiful and looked well cared for,, it felt like someone home and Laura made me feel part of her family,, I can't remember asking for a quiet room but it was lovely and quiet,, it's helpful if people are looking for somewhere to live because it's a little app,, if the owners were ever looking for long term guests

The light hum of traffic throughout the night was a bit annoying.. the other room.. I previously stayed in was quite warm,, it's a bit of a walk from town,, corner shops don't stay open 247,, I should of left the emersion on for at least an Hr,, the water doesn't heat up quick enough in 15mins

Check in 4, checkout 10.30, this doesn't make it great value for money
