Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, cisza, spokój, a jednocześnie blisko do restauracji i sklepu. Mieszkanie bardzo komfortowe - wygodny salon, dużo przestrzeni i miejsca do przechowywania. Wygodny taras. Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny.

W sypialniach można dodać grube zasłony, bo było rano zbyt jasno mimo żaluzji.
