Unpleasant smell from the bathrooms, missing equipment in the kitchen

The house is very comfortable, perfect for a weekend or even a week in beautiful Castelo de Vide! The house has 3 bathrooms, the bed of the master bedroom is good and it’s a pet friendly house! Amazing views from the top floor small living room! There are kettle and hairdryer and microwave, well equipped!

Excellent location and.we found a Cafe that you shouldn't miss as they look after you very well Pastelaria Sol Nascente.

We liked everything , such a pretty place to visit with very friendly people.

The location was very good in the middle of what we wanted to see and it was not too far from where we parked, though as the streets are very narrow there will be some distance from where you park to the house. Overall that was fine for us. The house is a very old traditional house with two floors so a little steep but you get to see what those old houses may have been like. There is a toilet at the bottom floor and a bathroom in the other two floors which was very good. It was well appointed with a coffee machine, etc, though we only stayed one night so did not use the facilities much. It was a good night sleep. The owner was very prompt in receiving us and very accommodating.

I guess if you have a problem with stairs this place may not be for you but otherwise it is fine for a short stay and well located.

Superb old town location. First rate. Laura is very accommodating an attended to our needs the best she could.

The flat is dated for obvious reasons. Water regulation is spotty. Some could struggle with the stairs; they are not easy. But you have to understand where you are.
