Bona Vitae - Attico Vista Mare Castro

Large and modern with 2 large and well furnished terraces overlooking the ocean. The kind of view we dream of, panoramic and unobstructed. 2 large bathrooms with modern showers. We felt very safe and peaceful. Many restaurants within a short walk. We tried ristorante castro grotta del conte and the ristorante at hotel panoramico castro. Both great quality of food and service and ocean views. We loved to go up and down the starways to explore the village. We went to a full grocery store a few minutes drive away. There is also a grocery store at 10 minutes walk. The owner was very attentive and constant excellent communication

Nick was a very good host, very quick response via WA regarding every question, warm welcome present with Prosecco and homemade Bruschetta, the view is very beautiful, the apartment was super clean and the interior contained everything you need to cook by yourself, with this I mean more than just pasta :-)

The apartment has been recently renovated, which gives it a modern aesthetic and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. The views over the Castro coast are stunning, with a generous 2-level balcony area and outdoor furniture to make use of. The location is superb, as some of the best beaches on the East coast of Puglia are only a short drive away. Nick was an excellent host, and we were greeted on arrival with a bottle of prosecco and some appetisers, which helped to make the whole stay feel really special. We'd certainly stay again in future if we were back in Puglia.

It wasn't an issue for us, but I don't think the apartment would be ideal for visitors with small children, as there aren't guardrails on the staircase or balconies. Although the apartment has most of the modern amenities, the one noticeable thing it lacks is a TV for watching Netflix etc.
