Great space for a group, comfy beds. Fantastic location especially if you’re getting the train. Fab communication from hosts :)

Nothing bad to say. I would just say take earplugs just in case of noisy seagulls– but that’s a tip for Brighton in general!

"a great base to explore Brighton."

location is amazing. cross the road from the station and you’re there! buses over the road down to the pier and everywhere else so though it’s at the top of the hill, it’s still very accessible. the decor is lovely, nice and bright, 4 great rooms… the downstairs bathroom is a lovely extra boon. the kitchen is very well set up with everything you’ll need.
