The location is amazing it’s so close to the sea front,Brighton pier,all the shops. Honestly perfect location. The photos do not do this place justice,it’s incredible, I booked it to surprise my partner and we were both amazed by every little detail. Soooo many toys and fun things that we’ve never tried. For that price I think it’s amazing that all of that is included. We travelled 5 hours to use this apartment and I can tell you how it was worth it. WOW WOW WOW I can’t recommend this enough
The only parking nearby is £30 for 24hours but that’s not the properties fault. There was no host to meet us and we got a bit confused which door to open as there was a few inside but we figured it out. Can’t really complain

Extremely well equipped and clean! Plenty of different equipment for pushing boundaries throughout the night!
Not that we wanted to sleep… but the bed could of been a bit comfier and needs dry cleaned crisper sheets for the couple of hours rest we did have. Shower pressure does need improving especially because it’s needed between sessions.
