"Pretty good"

It had good facilities. Clean modern bathroom. Neat well appointed cooking area. Built in desk. Comfy bed. Small but had everything. Great Thai food 2 mins walk away too.

The windows were single glazed so I was woken when people came past or seagulls squawked..also a street lamp right outside couldn't be blocked by the louvre shutters. A curtain or blind would be good....The bedsit was ground floor next to the front door so bit noisy though the housewas quiet between 10 and 7.30.

"Very overpriced for what it is."

Good location. 5 min walk to seafront, 15 mins to town centre. Bed was comfortable.

Hassle to send photo ID to owners before got access to property. have stayed in a great many hotels/guest houses etc., in UK and never been asked for photo id. No personal contact with owners at any time. No free parking other than on street after 8pm & before 9am. Not a car friendly city. Apartment offered a parking permit @ £15 a day which adds to cost & I am sure it works out at vastly more than they pay for the permits, so basically they are pocketing the difference. Upon arrival the room was very dark and did not smell fresh. room faced the street and voices of passers by were clearly heard in the room. No hot water in the bathroom in the morning and no chain on the wash basin stopper so could not empty the basin.

"Convient stay for Brighton marathon."

The location is great. Right by the coast. Also easy enough to access as it’s on the ground floor, and not complications with gaining access. Underfloor heating was good as well.

Shower didn’t flow much on economy setting, and it was hard to control the heat on higher settings. Also the wooden stand next to the bed needs to be fixed to the wall.
