A lot of fun! The boutique was exceptionally clean. There is lots more on offer than the listing photos suggest - spoilt for choice. Additional fans were very effective in cooling down the rooms when we arrived. Kitchen was kitted out very well. The mood lighting upstairs was great. Chocolates and bubbly was a lovely touch! Great location with just a short walk to the seafront. We easily found parking nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and feel it is great value given what a unique experience it is to have in private.

As a non-smoker, there was a lingering smell from previous visitors who had been inside - though there were plug ins to help mask this. (Note: the venue does allow smoking indoors) The bed wasn't very comfortable so we didn't sleep very well at all, but I don't think you're supposed to leave here well rested! For visitors who prefer cuffs over rope .. I'd suggest bringing your own as there weren't as many options as we had hoped!

It was fun, clean, nice decor- just what we expected. Well kitted out-all the fun things you'd expect in a dungeon!!

Fantastic space

The equipment was exceptional, lots to choose from (although we did bring our own toys too). The equipment is relatively well maintained, and all works well. The area is quiet and easy access to restaurants, bars and the sea front. Easy to find and smooth check in. Great place for a couples getaway and the host was responsive and friendly.

A few small niggles but nothing that took fun from the weekend - Couple of thing need maintenance such as the tap handle in the bathroom - More cooking equipment (we had 1 fork, 1 cutting knife and 1 saucepan), however the host brought things over when we messaged

Great central location, very clean premises with everything we expected. Items in the rooms were all great fun to use. Well stocked with all the essentials. We brought some of our own toys along to play with, too. Fantastic stay, highly recommended, and we will certainly be back. Lovely touch with the complimentary drink and chocolates!

We couldn't get the TV to work, but that wasn't essential for us anyway as we had our own entertainment 😉
