Faltnerhof

Our stay at Faltnerhof exceeded our already high expectations from the listing. The location and surrounding views were rustic and inviting. Parking was under a covered driveway space. The cleanliness of the room and common areas were impeccable. Extremely comfortable and well-appointed with everything we needed for a few occasional "stay in" rainy afternoons including full meal preparation supplies. Convenient access to local grocery store for basic necessities and within easy driving distance of popular sites in the Dolomites, restaurants, and larger shopping needs that may arise. Our hostess was friendly and informative (particularly if you speak German or Italian) and we wanted for nothing during our time as guests here. It is every bit as you see in the listing, if not perhaps even better. The cleanliness and comfort of the residence cannot be understated, and we are particular in that regard. Our stay here was exceptional and we were very glad to have made the selection!

The listing advertised a "children's playground" which there wasn't, although there were various outdoor toys available for use (skateboard, balls, fussball table). The country road this property is located on seemed rustic and quiet but in fact had a lot of local traffic speeding by well above the posted limit. We didn't feel safe letting our kids play too close to it for that reason. The listing gives the impression that there is a sauna and washing machine in the apartment, but both are in common areas and subject to an additional moderate fee for use. None of these would prevent us from returning for another stay.

Everything was really wonderful! Beautiful apartment with everything what we need. Warm, clean, everything is new..i really recommend this apartment!

Our apartment was great - it felt brand new, with all of the extra detail touches!! Kitchen/bath well-equipped, beds were comfy!! Extra amenities like umbrellas, kids toys and games, small grocery item accessible in the foyer area. Lovely hosts!! We'd love to return in the spring and summer months to enjoy the farm activities. 🥰
