Wygodne łóżka, duże wyposażenie kuchni, taras, plusem są dwie sypialnie, gdzie dzieci mogą spać oddzielnie. Apartament dobrze grzeje, podczas mrozów można spokojnie spędzać czas w nagrzanych pomieszczeniach.

Parę uwag można zasugerować, m.in. brak piekarnika, a na zdjęciu widnieje, lampa w pokoju z dwoma oddzielnymi łóżkami nie działa, dostępna była tylko mała lampka nocna. W sypialni z kolei dostępne tylko duże światło, a brak lampki nocnej.
