Está muy bien ubicado

Hay mucho olor a humedad, también tuve un problema de electricidad que si no me hubiera dado cuenta podría haber sido una tragedia pero bueno fue solucionado y bien. Buena gestión.

Vizinhança ( como apartamento fica no rch, ouvia-se muito barulho. Principalmente da porta a bater, constantemente) O apartamento é acolhedor mas precisa, a meu ver, de uma pequena renovação.
