Wir sind zu 8. angereist. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man brauchte und war sehr gemütlich. Es gab 2 Balkone, an denen wir das Feuerwerk an Neujahr beobachten konnten.

Am ersten Tag bzw. bis zum 2ten Tag war es noch sehr frisch in der Wohnung, da die Heizung im voraus ausgeschaltet war und wir sie bei der Ankunft in jedem Zimmer aufgedreht haben. Hat etwas gedauert bis es allmählich wärmer wurde. Ansonsten war alles gut, die Gruppe war sehr zufrieden.

Très spacieux, calme, confortable, bien agencé, propriétaires réactifs. Deux appartements réunis en un : double cuisine, double salle de bain, deux WC dont un séparé,... pratiques à 8 vacanciers !

Quartier éloigné du centre de Friedrischafen, voiture nécessaire ou 30 min de bus. La seconde douche pourrait aussi être équipée d'un robinet thermostatique, économisant l'eau et évitant de se brûler.

The big apartment worked really well for traveling with our kids and grandkids. Good beds and lots of room for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped, which made our meal prep easy. There was also plenty of parking The host was very responsive...we locked ourselves out, and she was there in 10 minutes. Very much appreciated.

Only minor issue was the dishwasher is in a second, smaller kitchen. Restocking the clean dishes takes a couple of trips. It did have an upside tho...kept the cleaning crew out of the way of the cook.

Alles sauber und gut organisiert. Betten sehr bequem. Küche gut ausgestattet.

1 kleines Bad für 5 Personen ist sehr knapp. Duschvorhang ist nicht mehr so toll.
