Very clean, good equipped , spacious apsrtment. It is perfectly located. The trains are not an inconvenience. The parking space was free at all times.

Location is very convenient to surrounding area. Easy walk to the local stores, restaurants, public transport and lakefront gardens.

No mention within the description that the apartment was adjacent to the train station/line, some train related noise however wasn't unbearable or intolerable. Quite a number of stairs between car parking/main entrance and apartment entrance. Car parking is not secure (street parking) and a space is not guaranteed - first come type basis.
