Great location and great value

Good location, only a few minutes walk from the centre. Good sized bedrooms and beds. Kitchen well equipped. Host was really friendly and helpful.

Location was fantastic - panoramic views of the lake, a short walk to cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and retailers. There are kitchen facilities and a very large fridge and freezer, as well as air conditioning in both bedrooms. There is also a washing machine and a clothes line outside the windows so it made travelling as a family so convenient. Paolo was an incredible host, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond for us. We cannot wait to get back to Genzano to stay here.

Amazing location, very friendly host, a place to stay like home. We visited Genzano during Infiorata 2024 and this place has been just perfect for its quiet location with an amazing view and super comfy apartment equipped with everything you need. The host has been available all the time to provide any kind of information, from the parking space to the additional towels. We will come back for sure! Thank you very much!

Everything perfect!

Great place, helped with everything we needed. Had a washer+dryer which really helped us. Paulo was there to help with great tips, directions and a good word.

Place is a bit small, and need to wait for the hot water to heat up a long time. But it still is very much recommended.

Very spacious and clean. In a beautiful village, with a spectacular view. Very well equipped for our 4p family. The host was very helpful, nice and responsive.

A little challenging to park around the apartment.

Clean, view lake from the door, host responses on requests quickly and helped with all issues.
