Tolle Zimmer, toller Blick auf den Fuji. Sehr freundlich. Fahrräder zum ausleihen, war sehr toll.

Nicht ganz so zentral

Beautiful view of Mt Fuji, clean room! Quiet environment. Great service with fresh towels and water and toiletries daily.

A little difficult to get assistance. Reception often not manned. But owner provided transportation to train station when no taxi available.

The room was spacious and fairly cleaned.

The hotel was a bit more expensive than I originally registered for. The room only has 1 or 2 pieces of furniture we could use aside from the bed. It is a typical Japanese motel/hotel that is used for sleeping and washing.

Rien c’était parfait

Everything was as advertised and more. Very pleased.

The owners were very helpful. They provided new towels, a ramen cup and a bottled water for each of us each day and the bikes and washer were a nice bonus.

The beds were comfortable but on the floor so it may be a little difficult to get up when older like us. They could really use some chairs and a higher table. Maybe the table is low because you are supposed to sit on the floor? Chairs and a higher table would be more comfortable for us. The walk to the train station was a bit long but tolerable. We tried to get a taxi with GO a couple of times and it said there were no cars in the area. Luckily, we were able to get one when we were leaving in the rain with our luggage.

We only stayed at this hotel for one night as a place to sleep, but even for such a short stay, the experience was very disappointing. The restroom was extremely dirty. We avoided using the shower entirely, and even minimal use of the toilet was unpleasant due to its poor hygiene. Additionally, the hotel’s location made access to the train station very difficult and time-consuming, especially with luggage. This created unnecessary stress as we had a train to Kyoto that same night. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I strongly do not recommend this hotel
