More information on how facilities work. it would be good to have a reasonable supply of tea bags ( there were 3) and some cleaning cloths for surfaces.

"Great place to stay"

The location is perfect for the beach and we have stayed here several times before. Close to Lytham and St Anne's centre for shops and the pier for the arcades and front. Great for dogs! Directly across the road from the beach and the porch was great for cleaning him up after a sandy walk!

Slight problem with the electrics going off but the owners were very quick to respond

Great location. Well equipped with everything you need. Very clean. Ideal place for the beach and close to many attractions. Really enjoyed my short stay.
