Luxury apartament

This is an apartment on the ground floor in a building with a code at the entrance. The apartment was clean and spacious. Everything was clean. The apartment is about a 7-10 minute walk from the Cortea de Arges monastery where the kings of Romania are buried. The same evening we arrived was the feast day of The Dormition of Virgin Mary so we went to see the shows and stalls they had set up and it was also about 5 minutes away from the unit.

In my opinion, some kitchen utensils and equipment for preparing dinner were missing, and there was also an electric kettle missing that we had to boil water in Pinjan. In addition, when we came to turn on the oven, it was not on to the electricity, so we had to change the electricity that ignited the gas in the stove so that we could turn on the oven. Luckily we had a box of matches. Other than that everything was fine.

The flat was spacious, quiet, and cool despite of the hot summer days. Beds were very comfortable and on all windows drapery curtains, Flat was well equipped.

Nice location, a lot of space. As usual in romania, does not look very good from outside but the inside was very clean and modern. Also, the host recommended a restaurant (New House) which was great. We were writing on whatsapp - the code arrived there and also all the communication was there.

There are 2 bedrooms, from one of them there is hearable subtle wind-bell ringing which was a little bit disturbing.

Very clean

The location. The kitchen not equipped well many things missing

The location is really good and really quite. We had an assigned parking spot which is nearby the flat entrance. The size of the apartment was impressive. It's close to shops (a Lidl is nearby and in walking distance, together with other small shops). There is a balcony which allows you to dry laundry.

As we mentioned to the owner, this will be a list of suggestions and opinions that we hope to be helpful for him and future guests: - we had fleas in our bed - we don't know what the source was, but we've noticed that if we had the bedroom window closed, after some bug spray, those disappeared and only appeared after we opened the window. It might be from the cats that are around the area. - although it is mentioned in the description that there is an Air Conditioning device, there isn't one in the flat. It is only a heating system (boiler). - the cleanliness of the apartment was really questionable. - there were multiple leakages in the bathroom and no floor drain - the toilet has one place which collects water on the floor, and you need to be careful when you shower. The shower head support is not suited for the tub, and all the water will end up on the floor (although you will pull the curtains). - the fridge is leaking and has no light. - the oven doesn't start at all, even if you leave it for a while. - the washing machine has only one working program (the rest of the programs will prompt errors and stop working). - the washing machine was dirty (inside and on the outside is really rusty). - the fridge had a pretty thick layer of dust above (we've seen this because there was the remote for the lights). - the light switcher from the bathroom needs careful handling because it almost comes out of the wall. - the microwave is not heating evenly. - there is no filter for the coffee machine, and we don't know what type is needed. - there is no light in the building hallway. - the attitude of the owner when we told him that we had a couple of feedbacks. He took it a bit personally and said to us that a bad review isn't necessary.
