It was fine, ideally you wouldn't have to make contact and give notice to get keys when going on holiday, in saying that communication was good and luckily as we made it there before their after hour service someone met us at the door.

Just feel like there were a lot of rules. When on holiday it's nice to just go away and relax, not have to worry about taking rubbish away, wash, clean and put dishes away. We are not untidy people at all, however a holiday is in time for relaxation, guess that is where a hotel is different to an option like this.
