Loved this apartment

The art work and the location to Mt Maunganui and the mt hot pools and beach access was amazing. The view of the mountain from the apartment was amazing so too if you went up to the pool on the 3 floor. The water pressure on the shower was good too.

Shop in the area close around 5pm-6pm. The lighting in the apartment dim even when turn up high expecially in the kitchen it was dark. There was no kitchen fan when cooking on the element and none in the bathrooms either. I found i hard with young children as the neighbours complain of noice when door are open but kids play inside. Also the cream carpet no good as it see dirty easy and with young children i found myself clean more often when i was on holiday. The communication was confusing as i had contact from 3 different people about my 3night stay 4 if you including the building manager. Over all i wouldn't do it again as a family but maybe if me and hubby went alone or with adults children.

Great location, close to the beach and plenty of space inside for all the family.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was perfectly set up for our family with adequate room for the kids as well as some games in the cupboard (which they loved). The location was fantastic- we walked over the road to the hot pools both nights we stayed which was a perfect way to unwind after a busy day. Beds were comfortable and having some cooking essentials in the pantry such as salt and pepper and oil was also appreciated. Highly recommend!!

Carpet under the dining table!

This is an excellent place to stay. Great location. Walking distance to beach, shops, harbour.
