"Weekend in Tauranga by the sea"

The location was great, right by the beach and close to a local supermarket and within walking distance of the airport. Check was easy as and the communication was great. The unit was very clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable and the facilities just ideal for the two of us. Access via outdoor stairs was OK but it would be worth making sure that people know this when they book.

Agent service They deducted $500 as a security deposit on 28th Sept and has never returned yet as of Oct 4th at 2 40 pm and etc Second bed room was very small and poor There was no closet, bed side lump and table, no space to leave my suitcase and no power point to charging my devices and etc. The apartment was overcharged for what is. This was the worst experience with booking.com. I wish to request some compensation to recover these inconveniences.
