Kértem a földszinti apartmant, amit vissza is igazoltak, de érkezéskor közölték, hogy csak az emeleti elérhetö. Felajánlottak 10%-os árengedményt, ha elfogadom az emeleti apartmant. Véleményem szerint ez méltánytalan, mivel a vendégek közöl 2 idős hölgy 70 év feletti volt és ott álltunk szállás nélkül az egyértelmű kérésünk ellenére. Azonnal megoldást kellett találnunk, az egesz délután ezzel telt, vegül drágábban találtunk csak szállást a város szélén. Kártérítést követelek az eljárás miatt, így még soha nem jártunk!
