Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the apartment price. Bed linen costs €7 per bed per stay, and towels €7 per person per stay. Keys must be collected at the following address: Inmobiliaria Hector, Calle Gibraltar 13, ground floor, Edificio Niza. Check-in outside office hours carries the following charges: 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM: €40 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM: €60 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM: €80 11:00 PM to 2:00 AM: €100 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM: €150 Please note that apartments are located in different areas and are assigned upon arrival. Pets are subject to an additional charge of €150 per stay. A final cleaning fee of €20 will apply after your stay. Stag/hen parties or similar events are not permitted at this property. Noise is permitted between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Amplio con buena ubicación al lado de la playa"

El apartamento es amplio, y luminoso, lo he encontrado limpio y ordenado. Las camas de las habitaciones son cómodas.

El sofá es súper incómodo, pésimo. Salí de ahí con dolor de lumbares, una pena ya que el apartamento estaba bien.

La ubicación del apartamento

Las camas nada cómodas, el sofá cama se volcaba porque estaba roto y el colchón era totalmente antihigiénico con la funda rota y llena de manchas. Tras tres llamadas y un mail rogando una solución porque era imposible conciliar el sueño y descansar por el miedo a caernos ( bebé incluido), nos cambiaron el colchón pero obviaron el problema real de la inestabilidad de la cama sin ofrecernos solución y sin ni siquiera devolvernos la llamada, aunque habían quedado en hacerlo. La limpieza muy escasa, nada más entrar tuvimos que limpiar cocina y baño porque encontramos incluso mosquitos muertos pegados en los azulejos, las cortinas tenían restos de suciedad blanca que ni siquiera sabemos que era... Una pena porque con algo más de cuidado podría ser un gran apartamento. El trato de la inmobiliaria vergonzoso, carente de empatía y nada resolutivo ni formal.
