Apartmány Crystal Jasná

The accommodation is a short drive away from the mountain resort and within walking distance to a shop and 2 bus stops with regular ski busses making transport convenient, beautiful views all round and helpful hosts :)

The hosts were very friendly and helpful, the apartments were very well sized and had all the necessary amenities and were nice and clean. The property also has good access to both the town and the ski resort with both being a 10-15 minute drive. There is a helpful ski room to use with the apartment and free property parking

Unfortunately, during our stay, the Hot tub option was unavailable however the sauna was an option and both options are charged at reasonable rates

The host/owners are very kind and makes you feel there like at home. Very well furnished, clean and cozy apartment. They serve super testy meal in the restaurant. Everything went very smooth, booking, check-in, the entire communication as well as check-out. We loved the place and we will definitely return.

Very clean, modern, large rooms, relaxed amd very friendly owners, perfect location for many trips in the area, huge terrace and the cherry on the cake, the swimming pool - large enough for the whole family and always perfectly clean water.

I was missing a washing machine,. The owners washed our washing in their washing machine, so problem solved.

It’s close to the bus ski stop, around 5 minutes walk. There was a space designated for ski equipment. I also liked the heating racks for shoes (unfortunately the power to them was cut during the night, so they were still wet in the morning in most cases)

The host was very unpleasant and unresponsive after we had arrived. We felt watched all the time, the rooms were checked when we were out, turning down the heating / closing the windows / moving our stuff around. The owners were cheapskates, even though we paid in total 2.8k euro (6 nights), we felt like intruders, constantly being reminded that we are the guests there. Just in case someone overlooks it as we have, all the wellness facilities are additional charge.

The apartman is very nice, modern, comfortable, clean. Nice restaurant and sauna. Very close to Chopok.

The bar pult at the kitchen with two barstool is very unconfortable. Not suitable for having a breakfast or dinner. A smaller table with two chairs woud be very useful.

it's crowded everywhere in the middle of August, but that's not the fault of the accommodation

The location..

The check in experience was quite bad, nobody at the reception, nobody picked up the phone.. Also the paving slab near the entrance is moving and one can quite easily break his foot especially when dark.
