"Spoilt by poor communication and lack of equipment at the property"

The lock box was easy to open.

The host didn't meet us or even offer to meet us until after 6pm and only then to collect the local tax. We had to ask for the information to gain entry. We weren't given any local information, as a result we received a parking fine. The fridge was switched off upon arrival and took hours to get cold. The kitchen was poorly equipped. for example: No dessert spoons, only 1 table spoon and 2 small teaspoons No Wine glasses No bread knife Some of the cups were clearly dirty There is no picture of the kitchen in the listing and it is obvious why now.
