Отличный дом. Безопасность на хорошем уровне. Заселение бесконтактное - хозяин был на связи и помогал по вопросам.

В период нашего визита бассейн был закрыт - было плюс 26, но местным было холодно и бассейн закрыли

It was a comfortable stay

We had a braai and were just talking ,no music , no loud shouting or chatting and we had a neibour shouting from their apartment shouting at us that they trying to sleep, we were on holiday and have the right to talk while braaing, so that was no good , the apartment was fine

"Amazing stay/place to be; but worst communication and follow-up"

Fantastisch ligging! Mooi complex. Zeer ruim, net, stijlvol ingericht en veilig gelegen. Aanrader qua verblijf om effectief te verblijven voor een leuke veilige overnachting (of meerdere).

De communicatie met dit verblijf is spijtig, waardoor ik mijn zeer aangename ervaring en verblijf in deze accommodatie tijdens onze verblijf in Zuid-Afrika, waar ik er zeer positief over ben, spijtig genoeg moet negatief her quoteren, gezien deze mensen na vijf maal reeds te vragen voor een officiële factuur, steeds de bal in het kamp leggen van Booking.com, terwijl de accommodatie zelf, zoals altijd in Booking.com, eindverantwoordelijke blijft voor de officiële factuur, zijn zij de enige van al onze verblijven die tot op heden geen officiële juiste factuur maken op de gevraagde gegevens. Ondanks ik al vijf maal hier opnieuw voor contact heb genomen, zelfs Booking.com heb moeten inschakelen om de factuur te krijgen, gezien zij het weigeren en alle verantwoordelijkheid bij Booking.com leggen met als drogreden dat ze veel commissie moeten afgeven aan Booking.com. Jammer dat dit mooie verblijf en leuke verblijf een zeer negatieve nasleep heeft en hierdoor zo zie ik me ook genoodzaakt na al vijf keer dit te vragen om toch een negatieve review te geven, dus voor mensen die graag hun facturatie en communicatie in orde hebben, raad ik deze accommodatie ten zeerste af.
