Die Lage der Unterkunft war super. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben uns perfekte Tipps für Plettenberg Bay gegeben, sodass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Die Unterkunft war sehr, sehr sauber, hatte eine tolle Ausstattung und wurde sehr wohnlich eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Sunbird geliebt! Die Kinder erfreuten sich an der Duplo-Kiste und wir fanden die Ausstattung und Einrichtung wirklich besonders. Die Betten waren auch 1a - so gut haben wir aug unserer 6 wöchigen Reise nirgends geschlafen. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt! Die Hosts waren sehr herzlich und sie gaben uns tolle Tipps für die Erkundung der Umgebung.

We had an amazing stay at this self-catering accommodation and found it perfect for our family of four. The place is fully equipped with everything you need. You literally just arrive with your clothes. It’s conveniently located close to the beach and shopping centres, with great restaurants nearby. Ray and his wonderful wife were wonderful hosts, very welcoming and went out of their way to ensure our short stay was comfortable and enjoyable. This accommodation offers excellent value for money, and we were lucky to secure such a wonderful place at the last minute. We will definitely be staying longer next time. 😊

ALLES! Was soll ich sagen, wir hatten hier die beste Zeit. Das Appartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben die Lage im ruhigeren Robberg sehr genossen, fußläufig zum tollen Robberg Strand. Alles ist super erreichbar von hier. Ray und Faye sind großartige Gastgeber: 10 von 10! Unsere Kids wurden zusätzlich mit Duplo und Sandspielzeug versorgt. Wir haben ein ganzes Buch mit Tipps bekommen. Wir haben unser Herz an euch und Plettenberg verloren. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Danke für Alles!

Our stay at Songbird was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, Faye (F-A-Y-E) and Ray welcomed us with such warmth and genuine kindness — their hospitality truly made us feel at home. The house itself is stunning, filled with thoughtful little details, charming décor, and beautiful decorations that create the most peaceful and special atmosphere. Everything was spotless, with clean towels and fresh bedding, and our hosts were always nearby to assist and ensure our comfort. One of the absolute highlights was the bed — incredibly comfortable and restful. We woke up each morning feeling refreshed, recharged, and truly renewed. It was the kind of sleep you wish you could take home with you. The kitchen was fully equipped with quality pots, pans, and everything needed to prepare meals with ease. The air fryer was a game-changer and made such a difference! The added convenience of this thoughtful touch was so appreciated. The location is perfect — super convenient and close to both the beach and nearby shops, making outings effortless and enjoyable. Whether we were heading for a morning walk on the sand or popping out for essentials, everything was just minutes away. We had an absolutely amazing stay and truly loved every moment. We would highly recommend Songbird to anyone visiting Plettenberg Bay, and we most certainly hope to return again soon. I was hot in the room at night with no fans or aircon. No dishwasher or domestic either.
