Its on a farm. The view was nice, sipping wine on the patio and just the smell of fresh air. It was quiet and refreshing.

Spiders, im scared of those.

The view is incredible. Great for birding.

The house is extremely cold. A heater in the living room would be great.

A pleasant surprise just off the N2, finding a place to stay in high season and accommodating our group was a boon. Very comfortable beds. The fans were very useful at keeping away the mozzies. Yes you can hear the N2 but it fades away when on the xhaphozi side of the house. Google to the rescue: wetland. We had no hassles, things worked, access in and out and to the nearby shops.

Spacious and had character. Nice inland views and lovely outside area. Lovely host

Slightly careworn, busy road,

The cottage is well laid out with two en-suite bedrooms joined by a generously sized open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. No one felt cramped for space. The deck is a wonderfully peaceful place to chill. Claire, our hostess, is a super human and made sure we were welcomed. Thanks Claire:)

Mosquitoes, wow! So many. Repellents are absolutely essential. The N2 joins the property and at this time of the year (Christmas) being able to get onto the highway can be scary due to traffic volume.

Cleanliness. Layout of house with both rooms having their own bathroom and french doors opening onto the huge deck. The beautifull dining table for family time and meals.

The electric kettle was leaking, but we had a whistle kettle for gas stove that my husband used.
