"It was nice but drinks were way over priced $15 average price."

Clean rooms

A/c didn’t work in one of the rooms. The kids pool was closed for 2 days pool water was not heated. The key lock to the room was questionable and door seemed to easy to break into.

Pools, beachfront

I did not like that the room had bunk beds that were sqeek, made to much noise & it felt really tight in there. Maybe less furniture would make it not so crowded & not as dark. Also maybe get a safe since I did not want to take all my personal belongings (wallet/passports) when going into town.

The place was secure with security 24/7. I felt completely safe there with my family. Beach access was great. Pools were perfect even in October was was great!

We had a waterless morning due to a pipe breakage, but the staff was quick to provide solutions.

Everything was good, the maids, gate guards, even the Gardners were very friendly and always greeted us a smile and made some engagement, no matter how many times we passed by. They looked happy to be working there. The view was amazing!
