Condominio Oceano Oro

The apartment is great, spacious and with good facilities. However there are some points to take into consideration. The building is situated on a busy road and due to the coble stones there is a lot of noise. Sitting nicely on the balcony is not an option. The apartment is clean bit there is a foul odour in the bathroom areas that penetrates the bedrooms. We had to buy odour repelling products for the toilet.

During our stay the drug lord El Mencho was shot just up in the mountains from PV. This caused some irregularities in town with a few cars and buses and shops being set on fire by the cartel members. We were fine and ca manage these situations. Maybe I have to high standards but you would expect some interest from the people running the place into our whereabouts during the attacks to make sure guests are safe. However there was nothing, but at the same time maybe they were in peril although they did send us the automated message how to vacate the place on time etc. It might give one doubt the genuineness of these people towards care and interest for their guests.

Excellent location, beautiful view, nice clean, roomy apartment.

Definitely could use some up-dating. Bathtub and love seat need to be replaced, but over all very comfortable.

The location and the comfort of the bed!! The sheets were cozy and I slept great

The elevator isn’t ideal… and then we also had hot water issue but they came and fixed that within the hour

Having been to Puerto Vallarta a number of times and staying in various locations at various price points, the condo itself was what I expected. Centrally located with a partial seaview.

There were many little things that weren't good....holes in towels, lack of cutlery and dishes, saggy/well worn furniture that needs replacing and the kitchen needs a deep clean. The owners needs to spend a bit of money and I would have given it a significantly higher rating.

esta en una ubicación perfecta, esta justo en medio para caminar sobre el malecón, antros, bares, restaurantes, letras, plaza arcos, catedral todooo queda cercas

el que viaje en coche, tendrá el gran problema de donde estacionarse, nunca de los nunca se encuentra uno cercas y eso es un gran problema para bajar y subir maletas.
