"A DUMP WITH VILE USELESS STAFF AND BOOKING.COM DID NOTHING"

the staff were awful the building is failing to bits and the neighbours were noisy and vile, BOOKING.COM did nothing and still have never come back to me I will never book with them again ever, ever.
