The airconditioning is a bit old and noisy

Great accommodation! The apartment was very spacious — three rooms and two bathrooms, everything was clean and tidy. The host was very friendly and helpful: he met us, helped us get oriented, showed us where to exchange money at an ATM, and answered all our questions. I definitely recommend staying here!

Didn't notice any problems

Big apartment, with 3 bedrooms, warm living room, comfort beds. In the room there kitchen and table. Super EXTRA BONUS - Entree to Aquapark CleoPark!

So long waiting for check-in and moving to the villa. So far from reception and long way from the beach. Little discomfort with changing of towels.

This is a private villa within a hotel complex. You can use the hotel facilities, the pools, pool towels and private beach for free. (You have to get the pool towels from the second pool area down, Tropical I think it’s called, on the villa side of the road as you can’t use the towels from the main pool area across the road). There is a daily cleaning service, if you require it, they ask you every day, and bottled water provided daily, tea, coffee, toiletries and washing up liquid. You can also pay to eat at the hotel if you wish or walk into town. We liked the food from beach bar on the beach for lunch. (Cross the main road to the sister hotel on the beach.) Mustafa, the person who met us to give us the keys (despite it being 3.30am when we arrived!) was on hand at all times and was very helpful.

Nothing really. The villa is a little worn in places however everything was functional. It is a little bit of a windy 10min walk down to the main hotel area which was fine for us but something to be aware of for less mobile people. Mustafa organised for a golf buggy to take us and our bags to the villa on arrival which was great. You have to explain you are staying in a private villa a lot and give your room number as security people do ask where your wrist band is, which is what all the inclusive hotel guests have.
