We rented the Germania apartment, the large three bedroom apartment on the third and fourth floors. The unit was impeccably furnished. There was a lot of attention to detail, with everything one could need. The unit is close to the bingen stadt train station and to the cruise docks. Most of all, Wolfgang was a kind, welcoming, and responsive host.

It should be noted that the living area and kitchen are on the third floor. These areas have an air conditioning unit. The bedrooms are on the top floor and do not have air conditioning. We happened to stay during a heat wave so this ended up being a challenge but it likely would be fine under normal weather conditions.

for guests sleeping in the room in the middle or living room, you have to go to the bathroom inside the main bedroom.

The owner met us at the door, let us store our heavy items downstairs and gave us a rundown and suggested a few places to visit, the heater was on and it was cosy inside , the layout was quirky and fun.

Nothing much, the stairs were steep but you got used to it

The property was amazing. We stayed on the third floor it was spacious. The details of the lighting, furniture, beds. Nicely decorated. I thought very elegant. The air conditioner was nice. The kitchen was amazing. There isn’t anything not to like about this property. It’s in a great location and the owner is amazing and very helpful.

The Stairs going up to the bedrooms did not have a railing.
