Piolet Panoramic Apartments

Great location next to the chair lift. Nice to have the sauna at the end of the day.

There were some problems with the water pressure.

Where do I even start? (This review is valid for apartment 49 without sauna). Upon arrival on Saturday 5pm the apartment was NASTY. Dishes dirty in cabinets. Those required two dishwasher 65C cleaning. Layers of dust everywhere. A used ear plug still laying around. The nasty mop laying in the bathroom. A pizza box and trash bag on the terrace. The remote for the garage nowhere to be found. Property manager Marco took me to other apartments to find one. The "cleaning person" say she left the remote on the table according to Marco. There was just no cleaning done so there's no remote, as simple as that. On Sunday morning when trying to leave to go ski we can't get out. The door is locked from outside. Property management is unreachable. We get help from someone in the corridor who go ask reception for help. Receptionist say it's not their problem but property management. We eventually call booking support who's helpless. We got locked for two hours and had to call FIREMEN to unlock us. Even with a master key from outside (probably available at reception who wasn't bothered to help initially) they couldn't open. Property management wakes up and calls me and blame me for "calling everybody instead of waiting". I called them a dozen times over two hours. They say they are surprised something like this happened, it's supposedly the first time it happens. There are previous drills in the locker room region of the door frame. This isn't the first time it happens. The next day the owner shows up and say exactly that. This isn't the first time it happens. The owner is shocked at the overall state of the apartment and how unclean everything is (this is day 1 of our trip, this is not our doing). They are trying to fix the lock but do not have the correct parts or tools. They will never come back and the lock never got fixed during our stay. Everything in the apartment is cheap. Not a single chair is stable.

We are active and relatively fit, We walked down the hill every morning, just opposite the Church under the Marceto is a fantastic coffee shop that opens a 07:30. We had breakfast there each morning.

Nothing Bad. If you want a totally skiing holiday you can ski out but need to be semi-skilled skier. The lift will take you up to a black Run that turns into a red run that then goes all the way down to the main ski area.

Ski in ski out, perfect for a group of friends. Well equipped kitchen. Private parking for additional fee.

Bed linen not included.

When you put Piolet Apartments into google it indicates that the condominium is much closer to town that it really is - better to describe it as Circus Condominio as that will mean that people are clear where the apartment block actually is

Great apartment and location but not good for beginners as one cannot ski to and from the property to the lifts.

Not blue slopes to and from the apartments. Not good if your family are beginner skiers

3 x balcony with the amazing view, shower options, the apartment was well equipped with domestic appliance (microwave, oven, dishwasher).

it was dirty and dusty, no space for storage, it was not supplied by basic cleaning stuff such as dishwasher tabs, domestos, bin bags or even toilet paper - we received half of a toilet paper roll with a comment: "it will be enough for tonight".

Very beautiful views from the window! Cosy appartment with everything one might need during a family vacation. Helpful host who responded quickly and solved everything. The appartment was a bit too small for 4 adults and 1 child, but it worked. There is a place for ski rent, two restaurants and a little grocery shop in the same building - very convenient!

Difficult to find a place to park. We even got a parking fee before we rented a place in a garage. Rent parking in the garage for the whole stay!

Great location with excellent communication from the host. Comfortable and warm, great views
