It is ok for short stay. Close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants.

The location is really good, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The owners are very nice, and check-in is possible early, which is great after a night flight. There are enough parking spaces in front of the apartment.

It's okay that everything in the apartment is old (furniture, bathroom, and kitchen equipment), as it's not an expensive place. However, the main issue is that the apartment was only superficially cleaned before our arrival. There is dust and dirt in all the corners, and it's better not to open the curtains because the windows are full of dust and cobwebs. The microwave is unusable (see picture).

Sehr großes Appartement, sehr gut ausgestattet. Privater Parkplatz vor der Tür. Fußläufig zu Restaurants und zum Strand. Aber auch zum selbst Kochen gut geeignet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Great place to relax, quiet and peaceful. Close to the market, restaurants and beach. Dedicated parking spaces at the facility. Spacious apartment, fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom.

Poor maintenance of unit, non functional doors in rooms, kitchen fan not working, wifi not working, bateries missing from ac remote,mould on bathroom wall, swimming pool water not clean, no strainer in sink and many others to list Booking incorrect description of property. Owner lives in same building on top floor and owner does what they want i.e making noise and use it for it their catering services Owner insisted booking refers to their unit as rama villa 1, rama villa 2 etc when there is no such thing on booking Booking description refers to property as entire unit wheelchair access when there is only stairs and only ground floor with difficulty will be suitable for wheelchar Owner has a disdan/dislike for mauritian and the lady was really rude to critise mauritians and blame them for runinng the unit when being the owner she should have maintained This recommendation of this property was provided by a friend who went there in 2020 but in 4 years there has been lot of changes and the fact that booking has incorrect description of property did not help it.

The apartment is nice enough. It's good value for the price. It's a short walk to the beach. There's ample free parking.

We had problems checking in, although that's partly our fault as we were late arriving. The owner's phone doesn't work unless he's at home so we weren't able to communicate for hours. Just make sure to arrange an arrival time in advance and be there on time.
