Kosev Apartment

Very nice fully renovated, clean, apartment just as in the pictures, with 2 AC units, walking distance from main attractions and good restaurants. It has everything you need in it (except I didn’t see the shampoon and shower gel, but maybe it was stored somewhere; we didn’t need it). The view from the balcony is amazing and it’s worth all the money. Easy communication in English with the host, he answered all our queries.

We were not bothered about the following, but just to be aware: the entrance to the underground garage is a bit narrow, you need to be a skilled driver to park a sedan car backwards and not to scratch it (the host warns you about this); it also cost additional 5 EUR, advantage is that once entered your car is the only one there. The toilet is small and a bit having sewage smell (I guess due to the fact the block is old and the smell comes through the pipelines). The apt is at 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

Apartment size, bed size, cleanliness, views, quiet street, been able to park just minutes after arriving, with the help of our host

Bathroom bit small and without window, gets pretty hot Could not fit the car in the garrage but I've been made aware before going there

The view from the window is wonderful.

The Shower cabin isn’t comfortable.

The bathroom. I’ve seen other reviewes and I agree eith them. The bathroom, it is very very small, with a kind of shower(if you can name if like this), a little dangerous because the water from shower splashes the mirror, where is the source of electricity. It might be done something because the bathroom reallt needs to be improved (don’t know how because it is veru small)

Great view, the location has all facilities you need.
