The apartment is fantastic. Very modern, clean and spacious enough for a small family. Complimentary wine, discount at the local coffee shop and also for the spa facilities in the same building. It is centrally located in Zelezna Ruda and very convenient for restaurants, shops etc.. The surrounding area is amazing for cycling, hiking and generally chilling out. The host Daniel, although we never met him, is highly communicative and provided us with lots of useful information. I cannot recommend Daniel's property highly enough.

Actually nothing, perhaps noise from outside but it is to be expected when you are in the centre of the town.

The bike room is great.

The mattress wasn’t clean. Limited cooking supplies e.g nothing to take food out of the oven, only one sponge provided. Only 3 towels were provided with no option of additional. The curtains didn’t block out much light and the pillows felt cheap so sleeping was uncomfortable. It was also difficult to see what was included in the room based on the pictures (e.g washing machine was shown in some pictures but was not there). The towel rail didn’t work.
