Vom Balkon in der 5. Etage genießt man einen schönen, wenn auch etwas entfernten Blick auf den Bodensee. Direkt an der Straße verläuft ein Radweg, der bis ins Stadtzentrum und zur Seepromenade führt. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich unmittelbar am Haus, und ein Supermarkt ist in nur 3-4 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.
