Luxury apartment Malpensa

The place is listed as "luxury" apartment and there are some nice touches that some might consider luxury (touch-controlled mirror), but also some questionable ones (an additional glass shower in the corner of a bedroom? plastic plants as decorations?). The host was very friendly.

When we arrived, we had to call the contact number in the app and then the host came a few minutes later to let us in. If you have no way to call, make sure to arrange the meeting ahead of time. There were some things in the listing that ended up being different in reality. The place was listed as providing "breakfast" and it was one of the reasons I picked it, but the breakfast consisted of a coffee machine and store-bought chocolate snacks (see the picture). This does not quite stand to the breakfasts we had in other places. In addition, the listing specified 2 bedrooms, but one of them is just a curtained-off area of the living room, not a separate bedroom with a door. In short, it is a nice place, convenient to the airport, but it doesn't live up to its "luxury" description. A more straightforward and unembellished listing would have been better.

The owner met us to help us with the keys and getting into the apartment. They also gave us a tour which was a great way to find everything quickly!

They double booked the room, which I had to share with a complete stranger, when I asked to get another room at a different apartment Ben said it was to late. Totally unprofessional attitude when he knew well in advance the room was double booked
