Beach apartments Mika

We booked an apartment with sea view and it was all good. The balcony is shared, so there is a thin space separator in the middle, but it was all good, our neighbours were fine. The apartment itself was clean, big enough for us. The kitchen is not fully equipped, but you can figure it out, no worries. The bed is soft, but comfy, the air-conditioning was working well (and it was very much needed, as it was 38 Celsius outside). The apartment entrance is located at the bottom of some steep stairs, but this is very common in this part of Croatia, we always have apartments like this, so some walking won't hurt. The apartment indeed does not have parking space located next to the building, but at the top if the hill (pretty steep, again, not something a normal adult wouldn't be able to walk), while we were packing in and out, we parked our car close, but once finished, I drove up and found a spot to leave it, this is how it is, spaces are spare and rare (again, very common in this part of Croatia, don't be surprised). The beach is close (you need to walk down some stairs - again :D) - not the biggest, but you will find a spot, you just need to walk and try. Our host was responsive and helpful and yes, maybe not chit-chating, but definitely not rude or anything (some people cannot accept, if someone is just practical...) There are a lot of review with a lot of negative comments, but I believe for this amount of money, this is exactly what I expected and we had a great week. Go and find a hotel, if you wish to have room service and fake-smiled receptionist "waiting for all your wishes".
