1) O bairro é muito bem servido por restaurantes. 2) O apartamento fica em um condomínio com portaria. 3) Tem vaga de estacionamento. 4) O anfitrião foi atencioso e fez contato logo após a reserva para passar as orientações de como pegar a chave. 5) Funcionários da portaria atenciosos. Ajudaram a encontrar o bloco e a achar a vaga do carro. 6) Garrafão com água mineral disponível. Acho que vale registrar que é um apartamento simples, sem luxos. Funcional, com fogão, geladeira e utensílios, roupa de cama. Apenas passamos uma noite. Chegamos já tarde e saímos cedo no dia seguinte. Precisaria ficar mais tempo para poder avaliar melhor. Para a estadia curta atendeu as necessidades.

Air conditioning not working. Wi-fi not working but host resolved. Blender did not have a jug
