Gemütliches Apartment mit Kamin und Wohnküche

Der Balkon ist sehr süß und ideal zum Sterne gucken.

Zum zweiten Mal gebucht und es war wieder wunderschön!!!! Super Ausstattung! Unkomplizierter Check in und Check out! Viele liebe Grüße!!!!!

Locatie en omgeving waren prachtig. Hygiene was prima.

Net voor aankomst op ons verzoek mail gekregen met code voor sleutel. Zoon van eigenaar (die toevallig daar aan het klussen was aan auto), opende de sleutelkluis, gaf sleutel en dat was het. Inrichting: geen frontjes voor spoelgedeelte en pannenopslag, was geheel open dus stoffig. Vies koffiezetapparaat, minimale keukenuitrusting, geen theedoeken, onderzetters e.d. Smerige, verschimmelde terrarium met planten (??) in vensterbank. Zowel in woning als in slaapkamer alleen dunne gordijnen. Bij aankomst konden we eerst de lattenbodem van het bed herstellen omdat een aantal latten eruit lagen. Toiletbril zat helemaal los. Er zou op het balkon een eettafel staan maar stonden alleen maar smerige stoelen, zonder kussens. Deze hebben we zelf via de mail gevraagd. Alle communicatie verliep via mail, terwijl ze er boven woonden. Het bleek ook dat de eigenaren zelf een half jaar in Italie verbleven. Zoon en schoondochter namen het blijkbaar waar. Ook m.b.t het afvoeren van het afval hebben we maar een mail gestuurd waar we dat moesten neerzetten. Dit moest in de hal, maar na 4 dagen moesten we zelf weer verzoeken om het weg te halen. Met name groen afval dat ging stinken. Wel grote smart tv, maar alleen toegankelijk via apps, geen kabel, dus konden we niet gebruiken. Al met al zijn we dit niet gewend en voldeed dit totaal niet aan de beschrijving. Uitzicht vanaf balkon was beperkt en zeker niet over de stad etc. zoals beschreven. In de beschrijving was vermeld dat de auto bij het appartement geplaatst kon worden, wat voor ons heel belangrijk is i.v.m. beperkte mobiliteit (dus daar letten we op), maar een uur voor aankomst kregen we een mail dat de auto op een openbare parkeerplaats gezet moest worden, waar je eerst naar boven moest rijden.

Alles sehr einfach, aber sehr gemütlich und sauber gehalten…. Mit kleiner Terasse und angrenzender Lounge…

We loved everything. The apartment is super nice, cozy, it is located in a pretty nice area, quite close to Herzberg am Harz, it could perfectly fit us (3 persons). It has a kitchen with all the necessary stuff to cook, so there is no need to go anywhere for dinner, but if you want to, the town is very close. I highly recommend the breakfast, it was quite abundant, price was reasonable (14€ per person, but remember to book it in advance). The view from the terrace is beatiful as well. The lady who attended us was super nice, my German is not very good, but she made everything quite easy. Pretty nice location if you want to explore the Harz. It is an hour far from Goslar or Weringerode. Highly recommended.

If I have to say something, I would say that pillows aren't the best, too soft for us. We would have loved to have some wood to burn in the chimenee, but there was none. It wasn't that cold, but it would have made the stay even cozier. But, really, not a big deal, maybe in winter there is wood available, but at this time (late September), there was none. Just one thing to be taken into account if you arrive with a car. We tried to park the car in the right side of the property, but we did not noticed that the ground was a bit elevated, and we scratched a bit the car underneath. So be careful if you have a low car, anyway, there is plenty of space nearby.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the accommodation, it was easy to collect the keys and communication with the host was exceptional. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and everything we required was available. Good parking across the road from the apartment. We LOVED the visit from Whiskey and will definitely return. Breakfast was available and this was good quality and plentiful.
